Questions, a problem in the game, a missing purchase, or a request about your data: e-mail info@yashasystems.ai. Please tell us your device model and the game version (shown at the bottom of the game's Settings). We answer every message, and requests about your data within 30 days.
1. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play. We never see your payment details.
- Restore purchases: install the game on a phone signed in to the same Google account, open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Remove Ads, bundles and season passes come back. Seed packs are used up when you buy them, so they are not restored; your Seeds come back with your Play Games cloud save (section 2).
- Refunds and order history: Google handles these. Open play.google.com → Order history, or see Google's refund help. We cannot issue Google Play refunds ourselves.
- Paid but nothing arrived: restart the game with an internet connection first; a pending purchase is delivered as soon as Google confirms it. If it still hasn't arrived, e-mail us the order number from your Google Play receipt (it starts with
GPA.).
2. Delete your data
Pocket Preserve has no account of its own, so there is no account to close. Your data can be in the places below; each step says how to delete it. The privacy policy describes the data itself.
On your phone
Your progress, Seeds, settings, purchase records and reminder choice. Delete them all with either of these:
- Android Settings → Apps → Pocket Preserve → Storage → Clear storage, or
- uninstall the game.
Purchases you paid for are not lost: restore them from the Shop (section 1). Progress is lost unless it is in your Play Games cloud save.
Cloud save and leaderboard (Google Play Games)
If you use Google Play Games, your cloud save and weekly leaderboard score are kept by Google under your Google account. We cannot read or delete them; you can, at any time:
- Open the Play Games app and go to its settings.
- Tap Delete Play Games account & data.
- Under Delete individual game data, find Pocket Preserve and tap Delete, then confirm.
Menu names can differ slightly between versions of the Play Games app; Google's help page has the current steps. Do this before clearing the game on your phone, or the game may restore the cloud save the next time it starts.
Gameplay data (analytics)
In most countries the game shares gameplay data by default. In the EU/EEA, the UK, Canada and South Korea it shares it only if you agreed (privacy policy, section 2). To stop it, turn off Settings → "Share gameplay data"; the game stops sending events at once.
To delete the analytics data already sent from your phone, open the game's Settings and tap Delete my analytics data (in the Privacy section), then Delete. The game turns "Share gameplay data" off and sends us a deletion request for every analytics ID it has used on this phone, including ones from before you last turned sharing off. Within 30 days we delete those events from our own storage at Cloudflare, and from GameAnalytics where an earlier test version of the game sent them there. Your progress and purchases are not affected.
The button shows only if the game has sent gameplay data from this phone. Use it before you uninstall the game or clear its storage: this data is linked only to a random ID that is kept on your phone, not to your name, e-mail or Google account, so afterwards we cannot tell your data apart from anyone else's. If you are offline, the request is sent the next time the game starts with a connection.
Crash reports (Sentry)
Crash reports contain no name, e-mail, account, advertising ID or analytics ID, so they cannot be matched to you or deleted on request. They are deleted automatically after at most 90 days.
Advertising
When the game shows ads, AppLovin and the ad networks it works with collect data under their own privacy policies (privacy policy, section 3).
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising: Settings → "Privacy choices" → "Do not sell or share my personal information".
- Reset or delete your advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. This cuts the link to what the ad companies collected under the old ID.
- To have data the ad companies hold deleted, ask them directly: AppLovin, Unity Ads, Mintegral, Pangle and Liftoff.
Reminders
Reminders are created on your phone; nothing about them is stored anywhere else. Turn them off in Settings → "Notifications" or in your phone's notification settings.
Short version: to remove everything, (1) tap Settings → "Delete my analytics data" if the game ever shared gameplay data, (2) delete Pocket Preserve's data in Play Games, then (3) uninstall the game.
3. Other data requests
For any other request about your data, such as a copy of it, e-mail info@yashasystems.ai. Gameplay data is linked only to a random ID that stays inside the game, so we cannot look it up from your name or e-mail; turning off "Share gameplay data" stops it, and "Delete my analytics data" erases it (section 2). Depending on where you live, you may have further rights and can complain to your data protection authority, such as the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the Philippine National Privacy Commission; see the privacy policy.
